MALACHI THROUGH GOSPEL OF JOHN

Malachi followed by 400 years of silence. The Pharisees were becoming more and more religious. It seemed as if the Lord refused to respond. The spiritual vitality of the Nation of Israel had long since gone. Similar to what had occurred during Israel slavery in Egypt for 400 years prior to being delivered by Moses.

This is the Day of the Lord

Matthew, Mark, Luke, John–really Old Testament, or at best, a bridge Acts begins the New Testament–“death of the Testator” Hebrews.
