Who we are
This website, Henry Yoder Bible Study (study.henryyoder.com), is a personal Bible-study resource created and maintained by Henry Yoder. Its purpose is teaching and study, not commerce. If you have questions about this policy or your information, you can reach us at henry@brooksidecf.com.
The short version
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not run advertising or third-party ad tracking on this site. We collect only what is needed to keep the site working, understand in a general way how it is used, and respond to you if you contact us.
Information you give us
The only information you actively provide is what you choose to send, for example when you email us or submit our contact form. Contact-form submissions come to us by email and are used solely to respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence; they are never used for marketing or shared with anyone else. You are never required to create an account to read or use this site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server keeps standard logs (such as the pages requested and general technical data) to keep the site secure and running. We also use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to see aggregate, non-identifying trends, such as which pages are visited most, so we can improve the study material. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
This site uses only the minimal cookies needed for it to function properly. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings if you prefer.
Search engines and embedded content
To help people find the study, we allow search engines to index the site and share aggregate search-performance data through Google Search Console; this does not identify you personally. Some pages may include content from other sites, such as embedded maps or media, and those sites may collect data as if you had visited them directly. How we share information
We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing. We may share information only with the service providers that host and operate this site, or when required by law.
How long we keep information
Aggregate analytics are retained only as long as they are useful for understanding site trends. Emails, contact-form messages, and correspondence are kept as long as needed to address your request and for our records.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it, subject to any legal obligation we may have to retain it.
